Yes, redmi note 3 supports fast charging. it is an amazing phone and i am using this phone for a year now. my main concern was the charging speed of the battery because i travel a lot and i need my phone all the time so a bigger battery along with fast charging feature was the basic need for me. and redmi note 3 have both the things. but the only issue was that it does not come with a fast. The hardware of mi note 4 supports fast charging but unfortunately it's not activated by the manufacturer . almost ever phone that is launched recently supports fast/quick or the dash charge technology, but redmi note 4 does not support quick charge..
